The members of Health Foundation rendered services as vigilance directors (Health) in Karnataka Lokayukta for the period of nearly 5 years and investigated more than 60 cases. The important ones are:
Avoided a loss of more than 50 crores to Karnataka Govt. Exchequer by stopping the tender process which was floated with malafied intention. Provided justice to the deserving candidates by punishing the 15 persons involved in the malpractice scandal of PGET 2011-12 examination of RGUHS. The exposure of malpractice in issuing the disability certificates to differently able resulted in restructuring of the procedure. Submitted report and recommended reformation in many other cases after investigation.
